Genesys technical team has proven expertise on a number of technologies. Our development teams use tools that allow rapid interactive development - with Visual Interdev, Visual J++ (Java), Java SDK, ASP, ISAPI, Servlets, Visual Basic and C++. The web server technologies we use are NT/IIS4, Apache, Jserv, Jrun, Java Server and Linux platforms. Our other network services are configured with send mail, bind, and SSL.

For interactive databases, we use SQL Server and ORACLE with remote management capabilities. We have developed effective mechanisms for daily server administration using web based tools as well.
