Customs Modernization Project, National Board Of Revenue ( NBR )

The CMP was a project for automation of customs operation funded by the World Bank. It was a 3 years project started in 1999 and continued upto 2002. In three years total 645 modules in three major functional areas was completed in 360-man month. In the project our copartner was a US firm, which was customs automation consultant.

Platform

•  Database or Back end Platform � CMP uses Oracle as its backend database system running on Unix. It is a distributed system that can be employed in multiple departments, offices and NBR head office.

•  Front-end or Client Platform � All client front-ends for transaction processing is developed in Developer 2000.

 

Arguendo Project, USA

This is a proprietary web based debate management system for a US client, Patented approach for structuring discussion. It was a 12 months project started in 2000 and continued upto 2001. Total 40 dynamic interface modules with 40 distributed processing components was completed with 100-man month.

Platform

•  Multi-tier distributed application.

•  Database or Back end Platform � Arguendo uses MS SQL Server (with extensive use of stored procedure) as its backend database system. In the project DCOM processing component interacting through MTS and MSMQS, dynamic interface pages implemented in Microsoft ASP and client side scripting.

 

ERP for Garments Manufacturing Company

ERP for GMP (Garments Manufacturing Process) is a robust and reliable MIS solution software suite for Garments manufacturing industries. It is a full-scale ERP solution for export-oriented RMG manufacturers. Its scope encompasses entire life cycle of an export order and areas beyond that. Platform

•  Database or Back end Platform �ERP for GMP uses Oracle as its backend database system. It is a distributed system that can be employed in multiple factories, warehouses and head office, supporting both online transaction mode and an XML based offline replication system.

•  Front-end or Client Platform � All client front-ends for transaction processing is developed in MS Visual Basic.


SEMS (Small Enterprise Management System)

Small Enterprise Management System, SEMS is a robust and reliable ERP System for Small and Medium Manufacturing and Distribution houses. It is a cross segment generic system for horizontal Trading/ Distribution systems. SEMS is comprised of a dozen of modules that work together to accomplish the various business operations. It provides easy user interface with instructions for operating it smoothly.

Features:

•  LCM (LC management system)

The module will manage basic information regarding LC. LC tracking, B-to-B LC processing and management will be done by the system.

•  SMS (Sales Management System)

Sales personal management, performance measurement of the sales personal. Sales tracking is also managed by the system.

•  UTL (Utility services)

Basic information regarding products (finished goods, raw materials, spare parts), department,buyer, supplier, bank etc. Color, Unit, Currency, Currency conversion.

•  ACC (Accounting System)

Supports General Ledger, four Level Grouping of Heads, Cash/Bank Books, Cost of Good Sold, Income Statement, Balance Sheet Integrated posting to Accounts from other modules like PRJ, PRM , SLS , RPR, PUR, and LCP .

•  ORM (Order Management)

•  INV (Inventory Management)

Product-wise stock in facilities to the inventory. Inventory stock out facility. Approval for department-wise request for stock in and stock out of products (finished goods, raw materials and spare parts).

•  PUR (Purchase Management)

Purchase of spare parts, raw materials, finished goods. Automatic stock in request generation for purchased items.

•  DEL (Delivery Management)

Post-production commercial activities tracking and management. Commercial invoice and

packing list etc. Delivery and shipment management and tracking, shipping and commercial document generation.

•  HRM (Human Resource Management)

Employee details, attendance, efficiency tracking Overtime calculation. Payroll generation for daily-basis, monthly-basis and actual production basis employee.

Platform

•  Network Platform � The total system employs one Widows 2000 server, a Primary Domain Controller and 15 Windows 95 clients under two 10-baseT twisted-pair ethernet network. The two networks are physically apart and are connected by telephone line with RAS communication.

•  Database or Back end Platform � The database server part was developed using Oracle 8i Enterprise Server technology.

•  Front end or Client Platform � All client front ends for transaction processing were developed in Sun Java TM 2 (JRE 1.3.1), XML and XSL.

HealthNet Clinic Management Software (HCMS)

Cardiology Version, Spine and Orthopedic Version, General Version

Description: There are three different versions of HCMS for three different types of specialist doctor. At present three versions is ready for Cardiology, Spine & Orthopedic and General specialized doctor. All versions have some common modules for Patient Management, Treatment Record Keeping, Drug Management, Accounting, Report and Analysis, Appointment, Pathology with the Heart Angiogram Details.

Software Type: Customized, Of the Shelve. According to the doctors practice, the treatment procedure, drug, examination and diagnosis will be changed. In our database we have already 2500 drug name with standard doses and frequency.

Description: Specially designed for dental clinics. All types of dental treatment will be covered by the system.
